Job Description

Our client, a dynamic organization in the service industry, is seeking a dedicated Office & Marketing Coordinator to join their team. As an Office & Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of the administrative and marketing support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, organization, and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Office & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Wayne, Michigan

Pay Range: $19 - $22/hr. 

Shift: 20 - 30 hours per week | Flexible Schedule 
 

What's the Job?

  • Develop and manage engaging social media content across various platforms to increase brand visibility.
  • Create compelling marketing materials and promotional content to support business growth.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives to foster engagement.
  • Support SMS marketing campaigns and customer communication efforts to enhance outreach.
  • Coordinate local advertising, promotions, sponsorships, and community outreach activities.
  • Other office duties as assigned 

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and social media applications.
