Job description

- Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Stakeholders Management
- Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.
- Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management
- Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback
- Implement system integration plans
- Monitor NPA and keep a track of it
- Customer visits for PD- Identification of Process and Policy gaps & potential Risk arising out of it.- Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps

Experience Range : 7 to 15 Years

Qualifications :
Graduate (Any Specialisation)
CA
MBA
