The Role

• Enrich the lives of residents through dedicated care and support.
• Perform classic elder care duties, including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with residents' families, medical professionals, and colleagues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns.
• Creatively contribute to daily activity planning and resident engagement.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (w/m/d).
• Alternatively, other completed vocational training in geriatric or general nursing care.
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction.
• Strong teamwork skills and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
