This established company is looking for enthusiastic individuals to connect with customers and become a vital part of their growth.

The Role

• Engage customers within a national retail home improvement store through friendly conversation about HVAC upgrades, air quality, and energy efficiency.
• Aim to schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors.
• Represent the company professionally and build rapport with potential clients.
• Proactively approach and interact with retail shoppers.

What You'll Need

• A willingness to engage with and approach store customers.
• An outgoing and friendly personality; prior sales experience is a plus.
• Availability for weekend retail hours, including some holidays.
• The ability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours per shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from your assigned store.
• A clean and professional appearance.
