We are seeking an experienced Program Manager QA Process to lead QA-related programs across multiple teams and drive successful delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong program/project management, QA process, stakeholder management, and leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate QA, Engineering, Product, Business, and offshore teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive risk management, change management, issue resolution, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Provide project status reporting, stakeholder communication, and leadership updates.
  • Establish and improve QA processes, governance, metrics, release readiness, and quality standards.
  • Drive QA strategy, automation initiatives, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in QA, Program Management, Project Management, or related roles.
  • Strong experience creating and managing project plans using Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools.
  • Strong program management skills with experience in risk management, change management, and multi-team coordination.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, governance, and automation.
