MTS QA Test Lead

• Lead and manage QA and testing activities for ACI MTS projects.
• Define and own the overall QA strategy, test approach, test plans, and test data strategy.
• Validate payment message formats and flows, including SWIFT MT, SWIFT MX, ISO 20022, and other messaging standards.
• Prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases for MTS components.
• Perform end-to-end functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Support MTS test environment readiness and coordinate defect triage and closure activities.
• Track and report test progress, quality metrics, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.
• Use test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Drive quality ownership, adherence to testing best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of ACI Money Transfer System (MTS) and payment processing applications.
• In-depth understanding of payment message flows, clearing and settlement processes, and financial messaging standards.
• Experience with SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, CHIPS, Fedwire, pacs, and camt message formats.
• Strong experience in QA lifecycle activities, including test planning, design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Ability to lead test teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage testing deliverables.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Good understanding of release management practices and tools such as Git.
• Strong analytical, communication, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience: 10+ years in QA/testing, preferably within banking, payments, or financial technology domains.
• Primary Skills: ACI MTS, payment testing, SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, test strategy, test execution, and defect management.
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent.
