The Role

• Ensure the proper implementation of regulations and quality assurance requirements for medical devices.
• Conduct regular facility-wide inspections and oversee the documentation for medical devices.
• Provide training and practical guidance to staff on the use of medical devices.
• Monitor the commissioning and usage of medical equipment.
• Contribute to the planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
• Participate in initial training sessions for new medical devices.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric or general nurse, or a healthcare assistant with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Sound professional experience within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated ability and knowledge to implement the requirements of nursing care quality management.
• Commitment to staying current with foundational knowledge and best practices.
• Strong team orientation and a constructive approach to conflict resolution.
