Job description

Aquent is partnering with a leading global platform dedicated to connecting people through unique experiences and stays. This innovative company is at the forefront of creating new growth opportunities, working across product, marketing, and various supply and guest teams to design, test, and launch programs that deliver significant value to both users and hosts. Join a dynamic environment where collaboration with product, marketing, data science, finance, and cross-functional teams globally is key to bringing groundbreaking ideas to life and scaling successful initiatives.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, where you will be instrumental in driving the success of our programs and business operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong operational rigor, who thrives in ambiguous, early-stage environments. You will be at the heart of supporting successful program execution, developing tools and frameworks to accelerate team efficiency, and collaborating deeply with product and marketing to ensure initiatives are designed for both exceptional user value and robust business impact. If you are a self-starter eager to transform new ideas into working programs and passionate about understanding and supporting our vibrant community, this role offers an unparalleled chance to contribute meaningfully to a globally recognized brand.

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring business reviews to meticulously track program performance, leveraging tools such as SQL, Excel/Sheets, and Tableau.
  • Deliver accurate and timely analyses, providing critical insights and actionable recommendations to the team.
  • Support the on-the-ground and digital production of key assets and events, managing everything from initial planning and logistics through to day-of execution.
  • Contribute to the design and analysis of experiments and pilots, including opportunity sizing, results tracking, and summarizing key learnings.
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional workstreams with product, marketing, data science, finance, and operations teams, ensuring timelines are met, ownership is clear, and open issues are resolved to keep launches on schedule.
  • Translate program goals into clear requirements, comprehensive process documentation, and effective operational playbooks.
  • Prepare clear and compelling materials (decks, one-pagers, updates) to effectively communicate program status and performance to all stakeholders.
  • Identify process gaps and proactively develop simple tools or templates that enhance team efficiency and workflow.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or program management; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with excellent organization and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting event or content production (in-person and/or digital), including coordinating vendors, timelines, and logistics; comfortable working with marketing and creative partners to deliver high-quality assets.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and recommendations effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, or data science teams.
  • Proactive, curious, and coachable, demonstrating a can-do attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong appetite for working with our community.
  • Occasional travel to offices or team offsites, as agreed with your manager.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Exposure to marketplace dynamics, loyalty, membership, incentive, or merchandising programs.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies.

*This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually. Thank you for taking the time to apply.
