Sr Engineering Assembly Associate

• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to established specifications.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, and maintain equipment, components, devices, and systems.
• Perform calibration and alignment checks, and make authorized adjustments, modifications, and replacements as needed.
• Follow established procedures and processes while operating a variety of equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians and inspect their work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics assembly
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High School Diploma

• Works effectively with engineers, and other technicians
