The Role

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire technical operations for the laundry department to ensure smooth functioning.
• Provide disciplinary and technical leadership to staff, including scheduling, training, and motivation.
• Support technical and craft personnel with their duties.
• Manage administrative tasks, including obtaining quotes and controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with all technical inspection deadlines as per federal state regulations.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a technical or craft field (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, construction).
• Previous professional experience in a relevant role.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• A self-directed, analytical, and structured approach to work.
• Strong empathy and excellent communication skills.
• Good social competence.
• A valid driver's license (Class B).
