Location:  Miramar. FL 
4x a week onsite and remote Fridays
Duration: 6+ Month contract

The Technical Product Owner – Casino & Campaign Management is responsible for defining and delivering scalable, data-driven casino platforms that enable campaign creation, offer management, player engagement, and revenue optimization. This role combines deep technical expertise, casino gaming domain knowledge, and marketing campaign management experience to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and end-to-end delivery. The Product Owner will lead the development of platforms that support campaign segmentation, offer configuration, digital redemption, and real-time personalization, ensuring alignment with business, marketing, and operational goals.

The Product Owner will partner closely with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, Digital Applications, Casino Marketing, Revenue Management, and Guest Experience platforms to deliver a seamless and integrated end-to-end guest journey. This includes enabling consistent campaign execution, offer delivery, and redemption across all digital and operational touchpoints. You will serve as the primary owner of casino marketing and campaign capabilities, ensuring a unified and engaging casino experience across web, mobile, contact center, and onboard systems. The Product Owner is viewed by others as a subject matter expert in his/her product field, and a role model of corporate culture. The role requires strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. The Product Owner reports to a product manager.



Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline.

5+ years of work experience as a Product Owner in Software Engineering / Information Technology or related area.

Proven experience delivering technical products in casino, gaming, or hospitality environments.

Strong experience with campaign management systems, marketing platforms, or offer engines.

Proven ability to lead, facilitate, coach, mentor and communicate effectively in both an interpersonal and/or group setting.




Experience and Skills:


Extensive experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Extensive knowledge and experience engaging and empathizing with the customer, putting their wants and needs at the heart of all products; the ability to leverage information to create customized guest solutions.

Extensive knowledge and experience utilizing various tools and techniques for ensuring product health, reliability, availability, and maintainability.

Extensive knowledge and experience with methodologies, tools, and techniques for managing software products at all stages of the product lifecycle.

Extensive knowledge and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; knowledge of the install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.

Extensive knowledge and experience in helping customers install, integrate, and operationalize software products or systems.

Extensive knowledge and experience in the Travel / Hospitality industry.

Extensive knowledge and experience with software development lifecycle methods (e.g., agile)

Solid technology background in software development & platforms to enable leading technical professional.

Able to lead and collaborate with persons at all levels of responsibility in the Information Technology and Corporate organizations to formulate, communicate and implement enterprise technical strategies.

Possesses an in-depth understanding of IT estimation activities.

Demonstrates ability to coordinate the analysis and problem solving of engineering problems with many individuals which results in consensus on solutions.
