Title: Scrum Master

Location: Bay Area, CA (locals required)

Type : Contract

The resource will function in Release Management as a TPM/Scrum Master and in Preproduction environment support as an engineer.

Release Management role

1. Manage Digital releases through SDLC phases testing, compliance, and implementation coordination
2. Release artifacts managed in Enterprise tools of Jira and ServiceNow
3. Experienced in managing work as scrum master and project manager

Pre-Production Support engineer

1. Support of lower environment Problem Incident support for feature development and release environments. Would be responsible for coordinating across development, DBA, and enterprise partners
2. Responsible for supporting a variety of testing tasks such as switch enablement, testing down, and debug enabling
3. Incident support through Enterprise Jira Service Desk
4. Experienced as a system support/operations engineer
