The Role

• Lead and inspire a team, serving as a role model and effectively implementing national sales concepts.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through appealing displays, expert advice, and attentive service.
• Independently develop and execute creative sales-promoting initiatives.
• Manage all aspects of the department, including cost and sales performance, inventory, pricing, and product flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience with fresh food counter or baked goods.
• Strong knowledge of fresh products and a keen eye for quality and freshness.
• A solution-oriented and results-driven approach, with a structured and thorough work ethic.
• Excellent teamwork, customer orientation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift system.
