Location: Onsite role in Orlando, FL or Las Vegas, NV with 5% travel required between sites
Pay Range: $80,000 - 90,000 USD/annually
Job Summary
We are looking for a Regional IT Analyst to support two production locations. The role is deliberately split: approximately half the week is hands-on technical support covering hardware, software, and networking, and half is front-line support for our ERP and connected business systems access, errors, data, and the documentation that keeps them usable.
What You'll Do...
Site Support (50%)
- Serve as first and second-line support for both locations across hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Complete tickets through resolution and including documentation
- Same-day remote response, on-site presence within the committed window, and a scheduled visit cadence at whichever site is not home base.
- Deploy, configure, and support laptops, desktops, peripherals, printing, and production-adjacent equipment at both sites, working within the endpoint standards.
- Support the physical network edge - switching, wireless coverage, cabling, and site connectivity. Diagnose locally and coordinate with central network and infrastructure staff on changes that extend beyond the site.
- Provide on-site presence and coordination through the planned Las Vegas network hardware refresh, including pre-staging, day-of execution, and post-cutover stabilization.
- Handle account provisioning, hardware issue, and departure recovery in coordination with central IT and HR. Build and maintain runbooks, and work with a designated non-IT site contact at the alternate location for remote coverage.
ERP and Business Systems Support (50%)
- Manage logins, role assignment, and permission sets across the ERP and connected platforms.
- Act as first responder when a system throws an error or behaves unexpectedly. Reproduce the issue, determine whether the cause is access, data, or a genuine defect, and either resolve it or escalate with enough detail that the next person does not start over.
- Build working knowledge of how data is actually structured and entered such as where a field means something different from what its label suggests, where conventions differ between sites, and which records other processes depend on.
- Write and maintain the standard operating procedures and how-to documentation site users work from, and keep them current as processes and platforms change.
- Train site users on the systems they work in daily. Identify where designed process and actual floor practice have drifted apart, and close the gap through training, documentation, or a corrected setting.
- Route work that requires a build or a configuration change into the enterprise intake process with enough context to be acted on, rather than operating a parallel one.
What You'll Bring...
- 3+ years in IT support, service desk, or site/regional IT with direct end-user responsibility across hardware, software, and networking
- Hands-on experience working inside an ERP platform supporting end users, managing access and permissions, and troubleshooting errors and data issues
- Working knowledge of Windows desktop troubleshooting, identity and access, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security tooling
- Disciplined use of a ticketing system, including documentation
- Strong written communication
- Credibility with the operators on the production floors
- Ability to carry a support queue and a platform workstream in the same week
- Willingness to travel regularly between Las Vegas and Orlando, with occasional additional travel
Preferred
- Manufacturing, printing, fabrication, event production, or engineered-to-order environment preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or comparable mid-market ERP experience
- Experience supporting large-format production, cutting, or finishing equipment
- SQL or reporting-tool fluency (Power BI, Domo, or similar)
- Familiarity with ITIL 4 service management concepts
- Experience through network refresh, site build-out, or facility relocation
- Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
- Retirement Plan (401k)
- Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
- Paid Time Off
- Short Term & Long-Term Disability
- Training & Development
- Wellness Resources
Physical Demands
This role requires regular communication, both verbal and written, and frequent use of hands for computer and office equipment. The position may involve occasional standing, walking, or lifting up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision with the ability to adjust focus. Intermediate to advanced technical aptitude is required.
