Automotive Sales Manager

Carter Myers Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Sales Manager to lead dealership sales operations in our Sales & Business Development department. You will drive new and used vehicle sales, manage a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with our collaborative, customer-focused culture.
