Operations Manager - Telecom & Utility Infrastructure

Sigma Technologies, Ltd., a Perrysburg, OH-based engineering and consulting firm for telecom and utility infrastructure, seeks a Functional Manager to lead daily operations for a multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you'll coordinate outside plant and network design workflows, align resources, and track performance metrics to support broadband and energy projects. You will optimize processes, reinforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with project managers, field staff, and clients. This position offers hands-on exposure to engineering-driven work and clear growth paths into broader project leadership.
