IT Applications Manager ERP .NET AI in Manufacturing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, enterprise applications, or IT management
• 3+ years of leadership or team management experience
• Experience supporting ERP systems within manufacturing environments
• Strong experience with .NET technologies and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP platforms
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing environments
• Experience managing analytics or data-focused teams
• Exposure to AI development tools and modern software engineering practices
• Manufacturing or industrial systems experience strongly preferred
