Job description
Macquarie Group in Sydney is seeking an Engineering Lead to guide a small, high-calibre software team embedded with the APAC Gas, Power and Carbon trading desk. You will shape the delivery of risk management tools, pricing models and analytics that support daily trading activity across the regional energy markets.
You will partner with traders and global teams to set priorities, mentor engineers, and drive technical initiatives that unlock revenue opportunities while maintaining strong risk
