Qualifications
10+ years of Product Management experience; 8+ years preferred for senior/director-level roles.
Strong engineering/technical background with a CS, Engineering, or equivalent degree and prior hands-on coding experience.
Experience building and launching B2B, enterprise, platform, AI/ML, or healthcare products.
Strong understanding of APIs, architecture, data, scalability, integrations, and technical systems.
Experience creating PRDs and managing products through the full lifecycle.
Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup/high-growth environment.
Healthcare/payer experience is highly preferred for payer-focused products.
Experience with AI products, healthcare data standards, HIPAA, FHIR, or multi-tenant platforms is a plus.
