The position involves supporting mission-critical IT operations and collaborating across teams to meet evolving operational needs.

The Role

• Streamline IT incident and request management using ITIL-based processes.
• Process requirements for access administration, security services, and various computing devices.
• Provide data transfer services and administrative support for applications handling sensitive data.
• Monitor and update request tracking systems for trouble reporting and access administration.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for technical issues without escalation.
• Deliver basic user training on applications and office products.

What You'll Need

• HS Diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree and 6+ years OR Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years.
• Component Mission Administration (CMA) Certification.
• Knowledge of Windows Active Directory.
• Ability to resolve diverse technical issues via multiple communication channels.
• Demonstrated technical and problem-solving capabilities for critical IT issues.
• Experience supporting Windows and business applications in an enterprise environment.
