Marketing & Ecommerce Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven
Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to lead our digital marketing, ecommerce growth, and brand development initiatives. This role will manage online sales channels, develop marketing campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and support new product launches across our food and beverage portfolio.
The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, organized, and experienced in ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, and consumer packaged goods (CPG).

Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Management
Manage and grow ecommerce sales across company websites and online marketplaces. Maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, promotions, and inventory information. Monitor ecommerce performance, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior. Develop strategies to increase online sales, customer retention, and average order value. Coordinate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure a positive customer experience. Brand & Product Marketing
Support brand positioning, product launches, packaging updates, and promotional campaigns.

Develop marketing strategies for new and existing food and beverage products. Conduct market and competitor research to identify consumer trends and growth opportunities. Work with sales and product development teams to create compelling product presentations and sales materials. Support retail and wholesale marketing initiatives. Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, designers, and other marketing partners as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Ecommerce, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, digital marketing, or CPG. Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, or similar marketplaces. Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
