We are seeking a Superflex Roadside Technician for a leading national automotive assistance provider, renowned for its innovation and commitment to member support. The Role

• Provide adaptable roadside assistance and repair services to members.
• Diagnose and resolve a variety of vehicle faults, including mechanical and electrical issues.
• Manage your own workload and ensure efficient response times.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Work a flexible shift pattern between 06:00 and 02:00, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Ensure vehicle readiness by managing your kit, van stock, and precise reporting.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A customer-focused and adaptable approach to work.
• Flexibility to work on short notice and potentially travel with overnight stays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
