On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for PMO Analysts based in London and Kildean, UK, with 1 position available in each location (hybrid working).

Purpose of the role:
As a PMO Analyst, you will support the effective delivery and governance of projects by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. You will work with stakeholders to monitor timelines, risks, actions and deliverables, ensuring projects remain organised and on track.

What you'll do:

• Support project governance, including preparing meeting packs, coordinating submissions and supporting SteerCo and assurance forums.
• Maintain RAID logs, risks, issues and dependencies, escalating delivery risks and blockers where required.
• Track project milestones, progress, benefits and dependencies, ensuring accurate portfolio data and reporting.
• Prepare reporting packs, dashboards and insights for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Support financial and resource management, including cost tracking, forecasting, resource planning and capacity analysis.

The skills you'll need:

• PMO / Project & Programme Support within change or transformation environments.
• Governance, reporting & delivery controls, including RAID management and stakeholder reporting.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals and cost tracking.
• MS Office and project management tools, ideally ServiceNow, JIRA or equivalent.
• Strong organisation, communication & stakeholder management, with a proactive, analytical and continuous-improvement mindset.
