The Role

• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections (interior and exterior) to identify pest issues.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to commercial clients based on inspections and needs.
• Clearly explain solutions, address customer questions, and set expectations for pest management programs.
• Utilize provided technology (iPad) for sales agreements and organization.
• Collaborate with customers to build trusted relationships and ensure their business is protected.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Comfort working independently in the field and interacting with clients.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and access diverse property types.
• Ability to safely use ladders and lift up to 50 lbs, with skills in climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
