We are seeking dedicated Psychotherapists with a strong desire for autonomous practice and professional development within a leading national psychosomatic clinic, recognized as a key training institution in its region for child and adolescent behavioral therapy. The Role

• Conduct thorough psychological diagnostics for adolescent patients in inpatient settings.
• Deliver individualized psychotherapeutic outpatient therapies tailored to patient needs.
• Lead indication-specific group therapies and actively facilitate therapeutic processes.
• Prepare comprehensive admission and discharge reports, ensuring professional documentation.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team discussions and contribute to treatment planning.

What You'll Need

• Master's degree (M. Sc.) in Psychotherapy (Psychology with a focus on Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy under the reformed study regulations).
• Commitment to undertaking the inpatient component of further training to become a certified psychotherapist.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude towards collaboration within a multidisciplinary therapeutic team.
• Demonstrated initiative, high engagement, and a responsible approach to work.
• Excellent social skills and empathy in interactions with patients and colleagues.
