Job Description
SHR - Software Hardware Re-engineered SHR is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's most complex modernization and readiness challenges across the defense, federal civilian, and intelligence markets. With an intimate understanding of our customers' challenges and deep expertise in existing and emerging technologies, we integrate the best components from our own portfolio and our partner ecosystem to deliver innovative, effective, and efficient solutions. We are seeking a Data Analyst SME to serve as FEMA's authoritative expert for analytical strategy, enterprise-wide dashboards, performance metrics, and advanced modeling.
Key Responsibilities: Advise leadership on analytic strategy and modernization. Lead enterprise analytics platforms and data governance. Oversee complex forecasting, modeling, and cross-agency reporting. Develop enterprise KPI frameworks.
Minimum Requirements: More than 10 years of experience in a related role. Mastery of advanced analytics and data visualization. Deep familiarity with FEMA and DHS data requirements. Strategic advisory and leadership skills.
Education and Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Analytics Certifications Preferred.
Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
