The Wonderful Company currently has an opening for an Sr. Executive Technology Lead. A successful candidate must work well under pressure, remain highly flexible, and provide white-glove support to members of the senior executive team and the Executive Assistants who support them. The ideal candidate will bring deep, current technical knowledge across Apple, Microsoft, mobile, collaboration, conferencing, networking, security, and smart-device ecosystems, along with excellent interpersonal skills and exemplary written and verbal communication.

This person must demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, exceptional attention to detail across all platforms, and a consistently high level of urgency, ownership, and follow-through. The role requires proactive problem prevention, rapid troubleshooting, calm execution during high-pressure situations, discretion, and the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Own end-to-end technology support for senior executives across office, remote work, travel, residences, executive meetings, events, and off-sites.
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor for executive leadership, Executive Assistants, and their teams.
  • Provide responsive on-call support to onsite and remote users, including evening and weekend coverage through an established rotation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across Apple and Microsoft endpoints, mobile devices, collaboration, network, security, cloud, SaaS, conferencing, and smart-device technologies while adhering to company policies and standards.
  • Lead complex executive technology and infrastructure initiatives, including site build-outs, network and AV architecture, technology deployments, and upgrades, in coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners.
  • Provide proactive setup, testing, monitoring, and support for high-priority meetings, board meetings, leadership off-sites, and company events to deliver a seamless executive experience.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, track corrective actions, and implement preventive controls to reduce recurrence and operational risk.
  • Build trusted cross-functional relationships and coordinate escalations across internal teams and external vendors through resolution.
  • Perform installations, replacements, upgrades, zero-touch deployments, device pairing, data migration, configuration validation, and other hardware and software tasks with exceptional attention to detail across every supported platform.
  • Architect, implement, and operate secure custom solutions and automations, including AI-powered workflows and tooling, to improve quality, consistency, and scalability of executive support operations.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to enable executive product testing, structured feedback, and secure technology pilots.
  • Deliver white-glove residential technology support across multiple locations, including networking, AV, endpoint devices, conferencing, Apple products, wearables, connected smart systems, and home automation platforms.
  • Plan and execute executive travel technology, including advance logistics, secure international deployments, restricted-environment readiness, and coordination.
  • Create and maintain configuration standards, operational runbooks, support procedures, knowledge articles, and end-user training documentation; establish redundancy and train secondary coverage.
  • Mentor team members, strengthen team capability, support operational continuity, and provide leadership coverage as needed while exercising exceptional judgment, discretion, confidentiality, composure, empathy, and executive presence.
  • Provide expert-level support for the Apple ecosystem, including iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, Apple IDs, iCloud services, device enrollment, mobile applications, accessories, connectivity, synchronization, backup, and secure configuration.
  • Support executive wearables and smart devices, including Oura Ring and related applications, pairing, synchronization, notifications, firmware, connectivity, privacy settings, and integration with supported mobile platforms.
  • Respond with a high level of urgency, take immediate ownership of executive-impacting issues, communicate status clearly, and drive incidents through resolution with disciplined follow-through and minimal disruption.
  • Anticipate executive needs by identifying risks, validating critical configurations in advance, maintaining ready-to-deploy backup equipment, and confirming end-to-end functionality before important meetings, travel, and events.
  • Apply meticulous attention to detail across hardware, operating systems, applications, accounts, accessories, networks, conferencing, security controls, and cross-platform integrations to ensure a consistent and reliable experience.
  • 5+ years of direct experience supporting senior executives
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11 and the Apple ecosystem, including iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, Apple IDs, iCloud services, accessories, and mobile device management
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and related productivity and collaboration platforms
  • Extensive experience working under pressure in a fast-paced executive support environment, with demonstrated urgency, accountability, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience supporting wearables and connected smart devices, including Oura Ring, device pairing, synchronization, firmware, mobile application integration, connectivity, and privacy settings
  • Strong cross-platform troubleshooting capability across Apple, Microsoft, mobile, conferencing, network, AV, cloud, SaaS, security, and smart-home technologies
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple executive-impacting issues, communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and drive work to completion with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional customer service, executive presence, emotional intelligence, adaptability, resourcefulness, and commitment to continuous learning
  • Experience supporting residential home automation and control systems, including Lutron and Crestron

Pay Range: $135,000 - $200,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
