Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Tester with hands-on experience in CCB/CSS applications to support functional testing, system testing, integration testing, and defect management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CCB/CSS application workflows and the ability to validate business requirements, identify defects, and ensure application quality.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and application workflows for CCB/CSS systems.
•    Develop and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
•    Perform functional, system, regression, and integration testing.
•    Validate end-to-end business processes and application functionality.
•    Identify, document, track, and retest defects using the designated defect management tool.
•    Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members to resolve issues.
•    Perform test data preparation and validate application results against expected outcomes.
•    Maintain test execution evidence, defect reports, and QA documentation.
•    Support defect triage, root-cause analysis, and regression testing after fixes.
Required Skills:
•    Hands-on experience with CCB/CSS applications.
•    Strong functional testing and test case development skills.
•    Experience executing test scenarios and documenting defects.
•    Understanding of system integration and end-to-end testing.
•    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and coordinate with business and technical teams.
