Job Description

Seeking an experienced Legal Videographer / Trial Technology Specialist with prior hot-seat and courtroom presentation experience to support depositions, trials, and litigation teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional legal videography for depositions and litigation matters
  • Provide live courtroom hot-seat and trial presentation support
  • Present exhibits, documents, deposition clips, demonstratives, and other evidence during trial
  • Prepare and manage trial presentation databases and media
  • Operate OnCue, TrialDirector, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and related litigation software
  • Set up and troubleshoot video, audio, courtroom, and war-room technology
  • Coordinate professionally with attorneys, paralegals, court reporters, and litigation teams
  • Assist with equipment setup, testing, and breakdown

 

Qualifications

  • Prior legal videography experience
  • Previous hot-seat or courtroom trial technology experience
  • Familiarity with OnCue and/or TrialDirector strongly preferred
  • Strong video, audio, AV, and computer troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Professional, dependable, and calm in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to work extended trial hours and travel when required
