Location: Full time in office based in Udaipur (On-site)
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
Upturnly is a leading B2B outbound growth company helping businesses generate predictable sales pipelines through strategic lead generation, appointment setting, and outbound sales. We are now expanding into the real estate sector and are looking for high-performing sales professionals who know how to close deals-not just generate leads. Upturnly
- Own the complete sales cycle from enquiry to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong track record of end-to-end sales closures.
- Experience selling residential and/or commercial properties.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable handling premium customers.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- CRM experience is preferred.
