What you’ll bring to the table:

• Enterprise Blueprinting: Define the end-to-end target state architecture, specifying what must be delivered within and integrated between core enterprise platforms.
• Customer Data Architecture: Re-model complex customer account hierarchies, account data flows, and master data models across interconnected platforms.
• Multi-System Orchestration: Design architectural solutions and data synchronisation strategies connecting Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Adobe Commerce (Magento), and modern Digital platforms.
• Migration & Transition Roadmapping: Translate the strategic vision into an actionable, phased migration plan to guide delivery teams through implementation.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering leads across commercial, finance, and technical domains.
• Salesforce & CRM Depth: Extensive architectural experience within Salesforce and core CRM ecosystems.
