Position: Application Support Specialist
Location: Plano, Texas - Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Collaborate with team members to implement operational improvements.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of technical activities.

Pay Range: $25 - $30hr
