Job Description

Role: WMS Techno-Functional Consultant (Blue Yonder / RedPrairie WMS / Application Support / SQL / Integrations)
Location: Plano, TX 75024 (Hybrid: 3 Days/Week Onsite)
Pay Rate: $76.00/hr On W2 | $84.00/hr On C2C 

Role Summary
Seeking a WMS Techno-Functional Consultant / Architect with 10+ years of overall warehouse management system experience (minimum 7+ years specialized in Blue Yonder / RedPrairie WMS) for a hybrid contract role in Plano, TX. 
The candidate will serve as the primary onshore subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for Blue Yonder WMS (2023.x/2024.x) enterprise L2/L3 application support.
Key responsibilities include leading incident/problem management, optimizing core warehouse operational workflows (inbound, outbound, inventory, wave, picking/packing), troubleshooting ERP/TMS/MHE integration message flows, and guiding offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Application Support Leadership: Drive end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS L2/L3 application maintenance and support (AMS) across multiple warehouse sites following ITIL frameworks.
* Onshore Stakeholder Governance: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customer communication, operational escalations, SLA/KPI tracking, and major incident recovery.
* Technical Troubleshooting & Integration: Perform hands-on SQL data analysis, production debugging, and interface maintenance across ERP, TMS, MHE automation, APIs, and web service message flows.
* Offshore Guidance & Process Automation: Partner closely with offshore teams to strengthen knowledge management, resolve recurring ticket bottlenecks, and implement automation initiatives.

Required Skills
* Core Experience: 10+ years of dedicated WMS experience, with 7+ years of hands-on expertise in Blue Yonder WMS (formerly RedPrairie).
* Version & Module Mastery: Technical and functional proficiency in Blue Yonder WMS versions 2023.x / 2024.x covering inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, allocation, wave, picking, packing, and shipping.
* Technical & Data Analytics: Strong proficiency in SQL, data analysis, API/web service integrations, MHE automation interfaces, and ITIL-based service management tools.
* Soft Skills & Delivery: Exceptional customer-facing communication, leadership, and experience guiding distributed/offshore execution teams.
* Work Setup & Video Interview: Commitment to a Hybrid work schedule in Plano, TX and availability for a video (Skype/WebEx) interview process.
