Maintenance Technician

Stefanini Group is hiring!Stefanini is looking for Maintenance Technician in Hayward, CAFor quick Apply, please reach out to Vipul Bhardwaj - call: / email: Hours: Monday to Friday with possible overtime Work Location: Hayward, CA Shift: Shift would start out from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm/ 8:30 am- 5:00 pm and eventually shift to a swing shift, possibly 11:00am - 7:30pm Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities. Replace worn parts and perform minor repairs. Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.

Troubleshoot malfunctioning or line-down equipment to ensure manufacturing continues running. Assist senior maintenance technician with complex repairs. Document completed work per GMP requirements and maintain maintenance records. Follow all safety and environmental procedures.

Job Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-5 years' experience in a maintenance role - manufacturing and equipment/facilities preferred. Mechanical background and experience. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools, mechanical systems, preventative maintenance procedures, safety practices (lock out tag/out, PPE, etc.)GME/GMP experience preferred. Experience in reading drawings, P&IDs, electrical and mechanical schematics. Experience/knowledge of HVAC, pumps, servos/motors, chillers, freezers, air handlers, compressors.

Strong problem solving skills and basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Experience with Maximo software a plus.
