Product Manager – Digital Product Experience

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in digital customer experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the digital industry.
• Strong experience working with Technology, Design, Business, UX, Analytics, and Project Management teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development.
• Strong skills in product strategy, roadmap, requirements, prioritization, and execution.
• Ability to create user stories, epics, requirements, and product documentation.
• Experience analyzing KPIs, product performance, customer behavior, and digital trends.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including leadership-level presentations.
• Experience driving digital products that improve customer experience, conversions, and revenue.
• Digital commerce / consumer-facing platform experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
