Requirements

Experience selling to contractors, builders, and architects (possibly able to bring a book of business)
Estimating experience (take-offs and blueprints)
Solid product knowledge of millwork, doors, and windows
Sense of blending client needs with excellent customer service with operational company support and profitability
A track record of sales achievement and building a territory.
