ServiceNow Project Manager – Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)

The candidate must have: 
·       Minimum 7+ years enterprise IT project management experience

·       Minimum 5+ years managing ServiceNow implementations or ServiceNow expansion initiatives

·       Experience managing complex multi-workstream technology projects

·       Experience leading cross-functional teams

Experience with:

·       schedules

·       milestones

·       risks

·       issues management

·       communications

·       executive reporting

·       Experience managing implementation partners

·       Experience with Agile, Hybrid, or iterative delivery methodologies

Preferred Qualifications FDOR strongly prefers candidates with: 

·       Multiple ServiceNow product implementation experience

·       Multiple ServiceNow product implementation experience

·       Digital transformation experience

·       Executive dashboard and governance experience

·       Organizational Change Management experience

·       Government/public sector experience

·       PMP certification

·       ServiceNow certification(s)

·       Agile/Scrum certifications

Deliverables Expected The consultant is expected to produce:

·       Enterprise ServiceNow project management plan

·       Integrated project schedule

·       Executive status reports

·       Risk and issue logs

·       Milestone reporting

·       Governance documentation

·       Executive briefings

·       Meeting agendas and action item tracking

·       Testing and deployment coordination artifacts
