Informatica ETL Developer - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Informatica ETL Developer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role is focused on ensuring that ETL data load flows are tested to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements within a large banking environment. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable data solutions, collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and test cases.
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Java and ETL applications
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, QA, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Own end-to-end delivery of features, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems
• Work with MongoDB, Oracle, and other data stores to design efficient data models and queries
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in all ceremonies
• Identify and proactively address technical risks and dependencies
• Act as a technical point of contact for development-related questions

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as an Informatica ETL Developer
• Experience in testing ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes
• Involved in business requirement analysis, design, testing & implementation
• Proficient with translating business requirements into test cases and test scripts
• Experience creating functional, regression, user acceptance, and performance test cases
• Understand the testing scope for SCD types, Hierarchical tables, and complex mapping requirements
• Experience with running jobs in an AutoSys scheduling tool
• Expertise on SQL queries using an Oracle database
• Experience in the Banking Industry
• Experience in presenting test results and getting necessary approvals
• Experience with MongoDB

Desired skills:

• Familiarity with enterprise fulfillment and servicing systems

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
