CRMCustomer SuccessVault

Job description

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization and pioneer in industry cloud, helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. As one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in history, we surpassed $3B in revenue in our last fiscal year with extensive growth potential ahead.

At the heart of Veeva are our values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed. We're not just any public company – we made history in 2021 by becoming a public benefit corporation (PBC), legally bound to balancing the interests of customers, employees, society, and investors.

As a Work Anywhere company, we support your flexibility to work from home or in the office, so you can thrive in your ideal environment.

Join us in transforming the life sciences industry, committed to making a positive impact on its customers, employees, and communities.

The Role

As a Vault CRM Architect, you’ll act as an advisor to key customer stakeholders in the Global Life Sciences industry, helping them deploy Veeva commercial applications in a way that’s aligned with best practices, meets the customer’s needs, and that scales for future growth and innovation.

You’ll act as a Technical lead on implementations of Vault CRM, Events Management, and connected solutions, while also driving migrations of Veeva customer environments from SFDC to Veeva Vault Platform.

What makes us different:

High Trust, Ownership & Autonomy: Passion and effort directly lead to opportunities and real ownership from the start
Collaboration without competition: peers root for each other’s success, leadership is entirely accessible, and we tackle complex problems with a strict "no-ego" approach
Meaningful Industry Impact: know your work makes a difference, by helping life sciences companies operate more efficiently and effectively

The role is ideally based in the area of a Veeva office (Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin), but other EU locations will be considered.

Full right to work in the country of application is required.
