Job Description

Some customer service roles are about answering questions and moving on to the next call.

At Veterans Guardian, the person on the other end of the phone is a Veteran navigating an important process, and your job is to make sure they feel informed, supported, and taken care of.

Veterans Guardian is a pre-filing consulting firm that helps Veterans understand and pursue the VA disability benefits they may be eligible for. We are looking for a Veteran Client Support Specialist who is comfortable spending much of the day on the phone and computer while providing a high level of service to the Veterans we support.

This is a fast-paced role for someone who communicates well, stays organized when things get busy, and enjoys solving problems for people.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound calls from Veterans and provide professional, helpful support based on their needs.
  • Assist Veterans with questions, next steps, appointment scheduling, and documentation throughout their experience with Veterans Guardian.
  • Accurately document conversations, updates, and client information in Salesforce.
  • Review client records to identify missing information or documentation and help keep cases moving forward.
  • Coordinate with other Veterans Guardian departments to resolve questions and ensure Veterans receive consistent information and support.
  • Manage multiple tasks, calls, and follow-ups throughout the day while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

You do not need previous experience with VA disability claims. We will teach you our process.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is confident and professional on the phone.
  • Is comfortable working on a computer throughout the day.
  • Can learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally.
  • Pays attention to details and follows through on commitments.
  • Enjoys helping people and solving problems.

Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply, but military experience is not required.
