Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Gen AI & Agentic AI

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive technical delivery of Applied AI, Agentic AI, and multi-agent solutions, working closely with AI Engineering, Architecture, Product, and external partners.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management / SDLC experience in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM-based reasoning.
• Experience with agent memory, tool/API calling, stateful sessions, and agent workflows.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) or frameworks such as LangChain, Lang Graph, or AutoGen.
• Experience driving AI/ML technical programs from concept through production.
• Strong technical understanding of AI architecture, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and secure code execution.
• Experience managing technical dependencies, risks, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation metrics including agent performance, hallucination, tool-use quality, and reliability.
• Understanding of data governance, PII, security, and compliance.
