We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Lead Python Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. With over 12+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and architecting scalable, high-performance software solutions. You will bridge the gap between robust backend systems and dynamic frontend interfaces while providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level engineers. Architect, build, and maintain highly scalable and reliable full-stack applications.

• Lead the design of complex microservices and RESTful APIs. Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and ensure seamless data flow.
• Drive technical strategy, system architecture decisions, and best practices across the engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps) to define and ship new features.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, troubleshoot complex bottlenecks, and ensure code quality and security.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.
• Expert-level proficiency in core Python, object-oriented programming, and design patterns
• Deep expertise in building production-grade applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra), including complex schema design and ORM optimization.
• Proven track record of designing distributed systems, microservices architectures, and highly available applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Version Control & CI/CD. Demonstrated experience leading engineering pods, managing technical debt, and driving architectural vision.
• Data Handling & Analytics, AI/ML Integration, Asynchronous Programming, Knowledge of web security best practices (OWASP), data protection, and secure coding standards, Agile/Scrum.
