Supplier Quality Engineering Program Manager
Location: Irvine, California

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineering Program Manager to lead supplier quality and product development programs, manage cross-functional teams, and drive projects from planning through completion.
 
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage project schedules, scope, cost, risks, and KPIs.
· Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality.
· Drive supplier quality activities, APQP, PPAP, and stage-gate processes.
· Identify and mitigate project and supplier risks.
· Manage multiple programs and coordinate supplier quality reviews.
· Prepare program reports and presentations for leadership.
· Drive problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
· Support supplier and stakeholder coordination, including occasional travel.
 
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
· 5+ years of project/program management experience.
· Supply Chain Management experience.
· Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and engineering drawings/specifications.
· Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
· Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 
Preferred:
· PMI certification
· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
· Experience with global suppliers is a plus.
