Job Description

Job Title: IT Program Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid 3 days/week)
  • Must be onsite 3 days a week.
  • Candidate will ensure New Users are onboarded in the system, laptops are set up, and Email and Slack are integrated. Candidate will be involved in the Google workspace and Slack migration.
  • Some experience with M&A, Infrastructure and Network integration experience are MUST-HAVES (NON-NEGOTIABLE).
  • Need candidates with some experience in networking domain.
  • This role requires significant coordination, follow-up and reporting with network, global support teams, Slack SMEs, Infosec team and various other SMEs from other teams.
  • Must be technically strong to communicate effectively with Network Engineers, possess good program management skills, good soft skills.
  • Must be familiar and knowledgeable with Jira, G Suite, Atlassian, Zoom etc.
