Duration: Full-time / Long-term

We are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager with strong SAP FICO expertise and extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA migration programs. The ideal candidate combines hands-on SAP Finance knowledge with proven project leadership and strong governance, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management skills to deliver large-scale SAP transformations. Based on the requirements in the SAP Project Manager role, the role focuses on managing an SAP S/4 migration initiative while tracking project metrics and mitigating delivery risks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large SAP S/4 migration project.
• Manage projects from business case to implementation.
• Project Management includes resource allocation, kick-off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation.
• Develop and track metrics and reports.
• Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast the cost of the project.
• Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Submit weekly status reports with ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI data.
• Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies

Required Skills:

• Minimum of years of SAP Project Management experience.
• Must have 10 years of experience managing large-scale IT programs and projects.
• Must have hands-on experience developing resource-loaded schedules.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP FICO in both ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Ability to work closely with Finance stakeholders to drive business process improvements and SAP solution delivery.
• Strong understanding of financial close, regulatory reporting, audit controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP Central Finance and Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation projects.
• Strong experience managing project schedules, forecasts, resources, vendors, and project governance.
• Experience managing project performance metrics including ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP Certification.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
• Prior experience leading a finance-focused SAP S/4HANA transformation program
