Business Process Consultant

**Remote Opportunity**

Must Have:

• Lead or primary BPC on 2+ end-to-end SNow implementations involving CMDB, CSDM and/or ITOM (3+ strongly preferred).


• Can substantiate each implementation: client context, scope, their exact role, decisions owned, deliverables, challenges, outcomes and lessons learned.


• Strong functional CMDB and CSDM knowledge: service-model concepts, CI lifecycle, class and relationship governance, ownership, data quality and process integration.


• Working ITOM knowledge: use cases and operating impact of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, identification and reconciliation, MID Server dependencies and monitoring workflows.


• Client-facing consulting skills: workshop facilitation, executive communication, conflict resolution, decision framing and diplomatic challenge of stakeholders.


• Requirements translation: turns outcomes into epics/features, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios and readiness artifacts.


• Agile or scaled delivery experience alongside architects, POs, PMs, developers, testers, data owners and operations teams.


• Excellent written and process-documentation skills in Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Azure DevOps, Jira or similar.


• SNow certifications: CSA; a CIS aligned to Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management or Data Foundations; current CSDM/CMDB training. These support, but do not replace, verified delivery experience.


• ITIL 4 Foundation or advanced service-management credentials.


• Pay Range: $75-$80/hr.
