Multiple Opportunities - Support Specialists

We're growing the O'Connors Support Team and are looking for experienced professionals to join us in delivering industry-leading support throughout our dealership network.

With multiple opportunities available, we're seeking skilled individuals for the following roles:

  • Technology Support Specialist
  • Technical Support Specialist
  • Machine Performance Specialist

These roles are available across our dealership footprint, with flexibility on location for the right candidate.

About the Roles

As part of our modern, connected Support Centre, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and internal teams, driving machine performance, and delivering leading edge agricultural technology solutions.

Across these roles, you will:

  • Provide specialist support to internal teams and customers via our Support Centre platform
  • Deliver training and build capability across teams and customers
  • Support the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical or technology related issues
  • Support machine performance, diagnostics and field engagement
  • Develop and maintain technical and operational reference materials
  • Work collaboratively across departments to support consistent service delivery

Depending on your specialisation, you'll focus on areas such as:

  • Precision Ag technology, telematics, automation and data systems
  • Advanced diagnostics across machinery, electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Maximising machine performance, training and performance benchmarking
About You

We're looking for individuals who bring:

  • Proven experience within agricultural machinery, Precision Ag, or technical support roles
  • Strong problem solving and diagnostic capability
  • Confidence supporting and training both customers and internal teams
  • A passion for technology, machinery performance, and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel across our dealership network as required
