Role: Network Technician / IT Operations Technician
Type: Field / Travel-Heavy

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Network Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, cabling, alarm, and phone systems across remote farm/client locations. This is a hands-on “Smart Hands” field role requiring regular travel, independent troubleshooting, and strict adherence to farm biosecurity procedures.

Must-Have Skills:

• LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing & switching
• Cisco or Meraki networking
• Wireless / Access Point installation and troubleshooting
• Network cabling and physical network installations
• L1/L2 IT support and hardware troubleshooting
• Windows, Android, and iOS support
• VoIP/POTS phone and alarm line troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel extensively to remote sites
• Associate degree required
• 2+ years of corporate IT experience preferred

Nice to Have:

• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+
• Cisco CCNA/CCENT
• Physical security or farm biosecurity experience
• Freshservice or similar ITSM experience
