Project Manager (Menu board/CMS/POS Deployment) || Miami, FL (Onsite Role)

The ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer who can build and manage detailed project plans, coordinate multiple stakeholders, drive execution, and communicate effectively with franchise owners. While prior CMS or digital menu board experience is a plus, it is not required.

There is also potential for this individual to support additional restaurant technology initiatives, including the rollout of the Oracle Symphony POS platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.

Drive the deployment of a new Content Management System (CMS) for digital menu boards across Popeyes restaurants.

Coordinate activities between internal technology teams, vendors, operations, and franchisees.

Track risks, issues, action items, and project deliverables while ensuring deadlines are met.

Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Partner with franchise owners to gain buy-in and drive successful adoption of new technology.

Communicate project expectations clearly and influence stakeholders through strong relationship-building skills.

Coordinate testing, deployment, and rollout activities.

Support change management efforts and ensure a smooth transition from the legacy platform.

Potentially assist with additional restaurant technology initiatives, including Oracle Symphony POS deployments.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Project Management experience leading technology implementations.

Proven ability to create and execute detailed project plans.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to influence without direct authority.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Experience working with external customers, franchisees, or distributed field organizations is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience deploying enterprise software or SaaS solutions.

Restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or retail technology experience.

Experience with digital menu boards or Content Management Systems.

Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) implementations.

Oracle Symphony POS experience is a plus.

PMP or Agile certifications are preferred but not required.
