ERP Project Manager Remote Location

Job Description:

>> Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation enhancement migration and support projects.

>> Define project scope objectives timelines deliverables and success criteria in alignment with business goals.

>> Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across Finance Supply Chain Procurement Sales and Operations.

>> Translate business requirements into functional and technical ERP solutions.

>> Manage project planning scheduling resource allocation budgeting and risk management activities.

>> Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users consultants developers integration teams and QA teams.

Requirements:

>> Direct, hands-on understanding of major enterprise platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

>> An understanding of APIs, system integrations, and legacy data migration to confidently liaise with IT developers and avoid downtime.

>> Ability to leverage ERP reporting tools and dashboards to monitor critical KPIs and optimize resources.

>> Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scopes, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across different departments.

>> Manage relationships with implementation partners and software vendors, track project expenses, and control costs.

>> Identify potential roadblocks such as data migration errors or integration issues and establish contingency plans.

>> Facilitate organizational readiness by planning communication and training strategies to maximize user adoption and minimize resistance to new workflows.

>> Provide regular status reports to executive sponsors and ensure system functionality matches the companys operational requirements.
